Customer Success Manager

About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Albert, you will become a true key player in our continued mission to become the number one digital tutor. We are looking for you who are customer-centric and eager to give our customers a real customer experience. It is important to us that you have a excellent communication, organizational, planning, analytical and interpersonal skills as you will be the link between the customers and the team working with both B2C and B2B. “we are all together in the car, but you are the driver and we want you to show us the road of customer success”.
Keys and responsibility
Lead and follow-up customer success journey projects covering integrations, best practice, user interface, on-boarding etc.
Own your customers usage and proactively work with renewals and customer success, pre- post-sales
Analyze user data working with e.g Google Analytics that will be used in the creation of content with the goal to increase engagement and use of service, from trial test to create and coordinate account documentation including reports, proposals, business assessments and recommendations from impacts and A/B testing.
The ability to clearly communicate in both Swedish and English with our customers over phone, mail, push and SoMe in order to give them a one of a kind customer experience.
You are an ambitious person with a never say never attitude who thrives on helping our customers to succeed. You are interested in and understand how clients and customers work and how to navigate. You are self-sufficient and organized and a great team playa.
Preferably you have experience from a similar role with the customer success top notch mindset. You are naturally driven, motivated with a positive attitude and you are eager to learn and develop, both as a person and a team member. You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and your always on top of things.
